Guillaume Klossa

Background In October 2018, College of Commissioners appointed Guillaume Klossa as special Adviser to Vice-President Ansip on new technology and the media sector. The Special Adviser’s mandate included the preparation of a report on how to use new technologies (inter alia Artificial intelligence and blockchain) to strengthen the media sector in Europe. This report is the result of numerous meetings that the Special Adviser had with stakeholders of the sector. The Special Adviser also has been assisted in his work by four experts.
